Payment in full is required to confirm your child's enrollment in a class.
The Carousel of Languages offers a 10% discount for full sibling registrations.
Absence and Make-up Classes
Please call 24 hours in advance if your child will not be attending class. Classes are deliberately kept small, and each child’s presence is important to the balance of the group.
The Carousel of Languages allows two make-up classes per session. Make-up classes must be completed during the current session and will not carry over to the following session. Please call in advance to schedule a make-up class.
Due to severe student allergies, we ask that children do not eat while on the Carousel premises. We thank you for your cooperation.
In compliance with fire safety protocol, we ask that you bring lightweight, foldable strollers and do not block the hallway. All double strollers must be folded.
Parent Participation & Responsibility
A parent or caregiver must attend and is responsible for the well being of his or her child while in class. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to participate in the learning process by reinforcing lessons at home. For our under 2s, we ask that caregivers join in the class activities and songs. We request that you step out of the classroom with your child if he or she becomes disruptive, and re-enter when the child is calm.
Withdrawal / Refund
If you register, but choose to withdraw before commencing classes, you will receive a full refund minus a $50 registration fee. In the unlikely event that you should need to withdraw after the session has begun, we offer a refund of 50% of the balance of remaining classes, reimbursed at the end of the session.
Carousel reserves the right to change class teachers and times. We will always notify you of any changes to the class to the best of our ability. All changes are communicated via email, so please add email@example.com to your email contacts.
Arrivals & Departures
In order to allow for smooth transitions between classes we ask that you arrive with your child no earlier than fifteen minutes before the start and end of his or her class. Please help us dismiss our students by exiting in a timely manner to allow room for new families.
